God works in mysterious ways as he has proven that over and over again. As humans, it’s our duty to wait patiently and trust that he knows what he’s doing. A woman from Spring, Texas, miraculously gave birth twice in the short span of two weeks to premature twins. The mother, Latroya Wooldridge, is calling her experience a miracle. She first gave birth to her daughter and then her son – but her son came two whole weeks later.

Her husband had been out of town on work when she experienced labor pains so she had to drive herself to the hospital. The doctors then helped her give birth to her daughter, whom she named Amara. Amara weighed less than 1 kg at the time of birth and was born at just 24 weeks. Letroya said, “When I saw her feet kicking, that was just the best moment, but at the same time I was afraid of what would happen next because she was so tiny.” She then went on to deliver her son, who she named Arthur, two weeks later. He also weighed under a kilogram. Dr. David Weisoly, their physician, said that the twins have pulled through the most difficult parts and are now progressing well. Arthur Sr., the father of the twins, said they’re also developing their personalities. “He’s (Arthur Jr.) a bit more aggressive. If I’m taking too long he will let me know,” he said.
