Award winning actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth has been a star on both stage, movies, and tv.
From staring as Glinda in the broadway hit musical Wicked to countless movies and tv shows, Kristin has done it all it seems. Now Kristen opens up and shares how faith and family have been her foundation throughout her life and her personal relationship with God.
“I’m a Christian person and I never thought that was different or interesting at all until I moved to New York and started understanding that there are a lot of people with a lot of faiths,” said Chenoweth, 51 to Fox.
“I’m not perfect, I mess up a lot,” said Chenoweth. “But, I’m certainly glad I have my faith.” she said in a Fox interview.
Growing up, Kristin Chenoweth dreamed of finding success in the Christian music industry, and she did that by releasing As I Am in 2005. Way to live your dreams! Except Chenoweth achieved that after winning a Tony Award for portraying Glinda in Broadway’s hit musical Wicked, dating famous writer and producer Aaron Sorkin (Sorkin paid tribute to Chenoweth with the character Harriet in Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip) and becoming one of the biggest names in entertainment – TV, movies, music and the stage.
