Everyone remembers Fonzie.  The leather jacket wearing standout on the hit ‘Happy Days’.

He was a standout amongst the most well known performing artists of his time, and his prosperity has proceeded into his 70s. The now 72-year-old Henry Winkler was one of television’s most adorable on-screen characters.  In spite of the show airing in 1974, there are few individuals who don’t know about Arthur Herbert Fonzarelli, otherwise known as “Fonzie,” otherwise known as “The Fonz.”  I remember being glued to the tv each week just to see the Fonz and Richie Cunningham fill the screen.

What is really interesting is that it was not intended for Fonzie to be a main character on the show but he became so popular and so loved that they couldn’t keep him off the big screen.
