Most dogs utterly despise the clipping sensation— and why wouldn’t they really? Having large pliers coming to your delicate nail beds is frightening. Plus, it’s always hard to explain to dogs that all will be OK.

Kendal Peifer knows how much her dog hates getting his nails clipped. When her dad came up with a brilliant nail-cutting hack involving a purse and a chin-up bar, Kendal knew she had to tell others about the brilliant grooming trick online.

On February 10, 2018, Kendal tweeted two photos of her dad cutting their dog’s nails.

Within just a couple of days, her post had almost 50,000 retweets and over 209,000 likes.

People were shocked by the dad’s brilliant idea.

Who would have thought about the creative method that involves buying a purse, cutting holes in it, and making a comfy harness for a dog?

Once he finished creating the purse harness, he put the dog into it to cut his nails.

People everywhere loved the grooming method, and they commented on the tweet with their thoughts.
