No matter how successful, rich and famous we become, it is important to understand that these material blessings come from God, and it is our duty and responsibility to give back to people who are less fortunate than us.
A few days ago, NFL star, Dre Kirkpatrick who is the cornerback for The Cincinnati Bengals, organized a tailgate party for residents of the Loveland Health Care Nursing & Rehab Center. The football player brought a bunch of treats, games as well as amazing music for the party, wanting the residents to have as much fun as possible.
The party was a huge hit, and all the residents seemed to have a good time. However, there was one in particular who really enjoyed herself more than the rest. 95-year old Irma Shafer was definitely the best part of the tailgate party. She enjoyed the music so much so that she showed off her impressive dancing skills to the beats of “The Next Episode” by Dr. Dre and “Regulate” by Warren G, and soon it was clear that Kirkpatrick himself couldn’t keep up with her moves!
The video of the two battling each other with their dance moves while others cheered them on has gone viral, and everyone has praised Irma for being so young at heart despite her age. she proves that age is just a number and that you are never too old to have some fun.
