Christmas music always makes me feel so warm and fuzzy inside. It’s always so fun to sing lyrics I learned as a kid and remember moments connected to them. The words seem to have such a greater impact the older I get. The true meaning of Christmas unfolds more and more from songs I’ve sung for years.
‘Silent Night’ is one of those tunes that touches my heart. Kelly Clarkson, Reba McEntire, and Trisha Yearwood came together for a broadcast, and sang it so beautifully that I almost cried. It was blissful!
In the amazing performance, the trio ended with such splendid acapella. I could only compare it to my idea of angels singing in Heaven. Each woman’s voice is truly a gift, but together they strike a chord that seems magical.
