Jennifer Lopez spent all those years judging singers on “American Idol” and little did she know that the next big star was actually in her backyard all along.

She might have to share the stage soon with her 11-year-old daughter, Emme Maribel Muñiz, after a video of her performing an Alicia Keys classic went viral.

In a video shared by Lopez over the weekend, the actress/singer gears up to debut her new song “Medicine” at the “Today” show’s summer concert series.

At Lopez’s request, her daughter takes over the rehearsal After a little encouragement and coaching from mom, Emme proceeds to impress with a powerful rendition of “If I Ain’t Got You”.

The performance is so impressive that Lopez says “We should have her come out and do something on tour!” Lopez says in the video. “Want to put a little piece in this show? We’ll see, we’ll check it out. You don’t have to.”
