Take a few moments to read this message today.
Jesus came to them and said, “. . . go and make disciples of all nations . . . teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”
Matthew 28:18–20
In the global community, it’s easier than ever to share information, exchange emails, and correspond electronically with video calls. While these technological advances allow us to share the gospel in new ways, we must never overlook the power of our example. Certainly, God’s Spirit works in amazing and miraculous ways, but we have more to share with others around the world.
God can reach people anywhere at any time, but it’s clear from his Word that he wants us living and loving in community together. People were transformed when they encountered Jesus during his lifetime; we have the opportunity now to be Christ’s hands and feet, eyes and ears all over the world.
Today, consider what it means for you to share your faith with people in other cultures, other countries, and other continents.
