COMMANDMENT 3. Thou shalt not murder.
FACT: Fat is a felon—guilty of millions of murders.
“Got fat?” If you do, fat has you too—by the throat! Can you feel fat choking you?
Fat kills.
Let me spell it out clearly: F-A-T K-I-L-L-S Y-O-U.
More than thirty diseases result from excessive fat, including horrific ones like breast cancer, ovarian cancer, diabetes, stroke, and heart disease. Sudden death by heart attack is not an admirable way to die, particularly when you don’t get to say goodbye to your loved ones. Studies even show that excessive fat may even make certain cancers more aggressive.
It’s simple: we can choose to dig our graves with our forks, or we can choose to protect ourselves and families.
COMMANDMENT 4. Thou shalt not steal.
FACT: We have a critical psychological decision to remake at the start of every day. Do we choose to walk towards a great-looking and long-lived body today, or towards a saggy, fatigued, ugly, and short-lived life? Do we choose to die to our old selves daily, or do we choose to just die?
Would you trade your child for a cookie? Is overeating more valuable than your family time? Is being fat more important to you than your friends?
We are being selfish when we place pleasure from overeating before our families and loved ones. Here’s why: When we choose to destroy our health and energy, it will eventually kill or debilitate us, therefore we steal valuable time away our families and friends. Do we choose a great life with our children and grandchildren, or do we choose to be a bedridden, financial and emotional burden on them?
We have to make this choice every day.
Many irresponsible food and restaurant companies are literally profiting off your disability and death. Will you choose to continue helping them profit from your suffering?
