Rejected Lamb Teaches a Valuable Lesson
We are never orphaned, we are never alone, our ever loving Father is always watching over us. God sent His only Son to be our shepherd and show us the way back to His love and mercy. When we place our trust in God we know that we always have a divine hand to guide us no matter what situation we are in.
The story of the rejected lamb
Realtor, auctioneer and teacher Ray Carman learnt a valuable lesson from the sheep he keeps on his farm. One morning when Ray went to check on an expectant ewe he noticed that she had given birth to twins. The mother sheep was tending to the male lamb but the unfortunate female lamb had somehow gotten separated from her mother and was now being rejected. Ray tried hard to get the mother to accept the second lamb but with no luck.
That was when Ray realized that he was the little lamb’s last hope. He took her in and he and his family, cleaned her, fed her and kept her warm. With the love and care of Ray and his family the lamb started to thrive.
The valuable lesson Ray learned was that even when the people we love reject us, our ever loving Father is always there to take us in and care for us. He will keep us safe and warm and make sure that we never go hungry.
