Let us take a look at what the Bible says about Jesus teaching us.

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you.
Psalm 32:8

Each day provides us with new learning opportunities. We don’t have to be in school or training for a new career in order to experience the life lessons all around us. God delights in teaching us his truth. Through his Word, we have the opportunity to study his many lessons, each day discovering a new insight or a fresh angle to the only certainty that endures forever.

God also reveals his instructions to us through prayer and our relationships with one another. While we may not have the answer we want when we want it, or the wisdom to see the perspective our Father sees, we can still know that he will guide us. Like a hiker lost in the woods discovering her compass, we don’t have to rely on our own knowledge alone.

Today, notice what God is trying to teach you—about yourself, your life, and his character.
