Fathers are one of the greatest blessings from God for any child. They would do anything to keep us happy, make our dreams a reality, and even sacrifice their own happiness for ours. Sometimes they even make a fool of themselves to get us what we want! A University of South Florida student, Deanna Hall, had the biggest surprise of her life when her dad, who was on a flight, sent her a simple four-word text message, “Who is Nick Jonas?” Little did her dad know that he was sitting right next to her daughter’s absolute favorite celebrity, singer and actor Nick Jonas.

Deanna replied to the text, saying “A famous singer. I love him. He was part of Jonas brothers.” The dad, realizing what a golden opportunity this was for his daughter, replied, “He is sitting beside me on the plane.” Deanna was obviously excited, replying in all caps, “TAKE A PIC WITH HIM. TELL HIM I LOVE HIM. GET AN AUTOGRAPH.” If texts could scream right in your face, this girl’s messages really did the job!

Deanna’s dad did as his daughter asked him to, and sent her the pictures. Deanna posted screenshots of the conversation, as well as the pictures of her dad and Nick Jonas on Twitter saying “When your Dad sits next to Nick Jonas on an airplane and has no idea who he is,” and it quickly went viral. The post has been shared by more than 50,000 people and liked more than 189,000 times.
