9-Yr-Old Girl Missing Since 2016 Finally Found Safe

God is our protector and our faithful father! Today we are giving all of our thanks and praise to God after a 9-year-old girl who had been missing since 2016 has been found safe and sound!

The girl, Mariah Martinez, is from Texas in 2016 but was just found safe in New Mexico on Monday night. Her discovery came after she was featured on an episode of A&E’s Live PD, which is a documentary series that follows law enforcement activity throughout the U.S. She was featured on the show on Friday and The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children said that they received a tip from a viewer after the show aired.

Martinez was reported missing to the Lubbock Police Department in northwestern Texas back on October 21, 2016. Lubbock police thanked the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for “plac[ing] this case at the top of their priority list, ensuring that Mariah returned home safely.” Praise God little Mariah is safe!
